Supporting Leveling the Playing Field

INcluding all athletes IN the game.

Join us in taking INspired action to provide access to student athletes that may otherwise be sidelined due to financial constraints. IN a world where ALL children deserve the opportunity to pursue their passions, INclusion can make ALL the difference IN their world!

Unfortunately, many kids find themselves sidelined and unable to participate due to the prohibitive costs of sports equipment. Our mission and INtention is to step IN and make a meaningful impact by donating sports gear IN order to INclude ALL athletes IN the game.

THE IN CROWD is committed to contributing to this worthy endeavor IN order to become part of the solution. Let's rally TOGETHER and turn our kindness and good INtentions INto INspired action.

Leveling the Playing Field

Benefiting organization

A world with no sidelines.

Leveling the Playing Field redistributes sports equipment to expand access and equity within youth sports and recreation programs in under-resourced communities. IN THE GAME is our baseball-focused effort to help send needed gear into that mission.

Our story

The Founders

We are varsity baseball players at IMG Academy, teammates, and good friends. We started IN THE GAME after seeing how much the right equipment can matter, and how cost can quietly keep talented, committed athletes from getting their shot. We are raising support for Leveling the Playing Field and helping more kids stay on the diamond.
